Begin with a consultation to help us get a thorough understanding of your vision, aims and objectives for your hotel.
Work with you to establish areas where your property is not quite reaching its potential.
Conduct a ‘mystery guest’ visit and report on the great things and identify areas for improvement – often it’s the ‘little’ things that can make the most difference to your hotel’s guest experience.
Undertake a 4-day ‘Hotel Healthcheck’ which will take an in-depth look at every element of how your business works – from finance to front of house, people to processes and operations to opportunities. Is every department as ‘healthy’ as they could be?
A detailed Action Plan to Success is produced for each area of the business and presented to the owner and stakeholders.
